Harvinder (Harvey) Saggi, DPM
Dr. Harvinder “Harvey” Saggi is a foot and ankle surgeon committed to helping patients overcome pain, restore mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy. As the primary podiatrist at Milwaukee Foot & Ankle Specialists, Dr. Saggi believes exceptional care begins with taking the time to listen, understand each patient’s goals, and develop a treatment plan tailored to their individual needs. In a private-practice setting, patients can expect personalized attention, thoughtful care, and a welcoming experience where they are treated as individuals, not simply another appointment on the schedule.
Dr. Saggi’s interest in podiatry began while shadowing a foot and ankle surgeon during college, where he saw firsthand the impact that specialized care could have on a patient’s mobility and quality of life. He completed his surgical residency training at Reading Hospital in Pennsylvania, gaining extensive experience in the medical and surgical management of a wide range of foot and ankle conditions. His pursuit of advanced training also took him abroad, completing international fellowships in India and Spain where he trained alongside leading foot and ankle surgeons and gained exposure to innovative techniques in complex reconstruction, deformity correction, and limb preservation.
Dr. Saggi’s clinical interests include minimally invasive bunion and hammertoe surgery, diabetic wound care and limb preservation, Charcot reconstruction, total ankle replacement, complex foot and ankle deformity correction, sports medicine, and second opinions for challenging foot and ankle conditions. He is committed to incorporating modern, evidence-based treatment options with a simple goal: relieve pain, restore function, and help patients return to their lives with the most efficient recovery possible.
Dr. Saggi is affiliated with Ascension Southeast Wisconsin and performs surgery at Ascension Elmbrook, Ascension St. Joseph’s outpatient surgery center, Milwaukee Surgical Suites, SAAK Ambulatory Surgery Center, Wauwatosa Surgery Center.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Saggi enjoys staying active through running, pickleball, hiking, soccer, and spending time outdoors. His own active lifestyle gives him an appreciation for how important mobility is at every stage of life and reinforces his passion for helping patients stay healthy, independent, and moving.
